KorTerra Signs Record Number of Clients in First Five Months of 2002

Minneapolis, MN – June 10th, 2002 – KorTerra announced today that it has signed 11 new clients in the last five months. This is a record number of wins in that time period for KorTerra. The new business came from clients who are contract locators, municipalities and utilities nationwide. KorTerra’s customer list now totals more than 50 organizations.

The KorTerra software suite is a receiving application that is designed to receive One Call Center locate requests electronically. KorTerra also has the unique ability to send these requests out via mobile computing using wireless technologies if desired. Locating companies of all sizes and in all areas are realizing the need for ticket management solutions and recognize KorTerra as a leader in the damage prevention industry.

Included in the new customer listing are both LITE version and full suite customers. New LITE customers include many cities locally in Minnesota, Wisconsin and also the software is now operating in Idaho, which is a new state added to the list of 39 states that KorTerra is already being used in.

KorTerra Suite customers added include two large oil pipeline companies. One is responsible for the locating of distribution and transmission lines, the other a large southern company, is doing ticket screening for 11 states. Also included in the KorTerra suite new customer list is a large southern electric company which has 40 mobile locators in the field, utilizing the mobile KorTerra application.
