KorTerra Announces Version 3.4.0 Release

Minneapolis, MN – May 9th, 2003 – KorTerra is proud to announce the release the latest KorTerra software suite version, 3.4.0. This version includes enhancements to all the modules in the software suite, but most notably Dispatch, Herald, Billing, Claims Management, and Mobile.

“With our core product fully developed and fully functional, this release allowed us to modify and tweak different portions of the software to make it more efficient and even easier for our customers to use – a lot of ‘bells and whistles’ ” said Jeff Law, Product Manager, “It includes a lot of convenience factors such as customizable screens and columns, to the brand new Heartbeat Monitor application. I am excited about the many benefits this version is bringing our clients.”

Among the many “bells and whistles” of the KorTerra version 3.4.0 release some include items such as:

  • New Heartbeat Monitor which will monitor entire network from One Call Ticket Receiving to background applications to ensure the software and network are running appropriately. The Heartbeat Monitor notifies users with alarms when any application or network environment component is not running properly so customers are aware of any potential system problems.
  • The ability to schedule the printing of daily reports has been added to provide management staff with timely and consistent information for accurate day to day comparing of activities.
  • Many other miscellaneous convenience items such as improved status bars to show processing times, user information printed on reports for tracking purposes and several reports have condensed reporting functionality to quickly provide abbreviated one-page reports with key information.
