KorTerra Announces Version 3.5.0 Software Release
Minneapolis, MN – October 30th, 2003 – KorTerra is pleased to announce its newest KorTerra software release, version 3.5.0. This version features over 200 changes in the software from simple modifications and enhancements to major new functionality.

Some features customers will find in this version include:
- Standardization across all applications – each module has a similar look and feel making navigation and learning each module easier.
- Expanded searching capabilities that will allow for a search with partial information.
- Improved reporting capabilities in Dispatch, Payroll, and Claims Management.
- Electronic User Manual embedded in software for reference at a click of a button.
- New auto archive module which eliminates the need for manual archiving and ensures that archiving is being performed regularly for optimal system performance.
- New mobile which employs the KorTerra look and feel. While utilizing the same field tested technology KorTerra has used for the last 13 years, the new mobile gives locators in the field more information and helps them locate more efficiently.
Two of the major new functionalities added are Real-time Faxing and an Operations View. Real-time faxing will send completion information in real-time to contractors as they are completed instead of in nightly batches. This functionality will ensure that all tickets are responded to in a timely fashion. The Operations View is a new functionality that visually displays in a graph format, ticket information and the ticket counts in the various statuses. This new functionality will allow management, at a glance, to quickly see the status of their operation.
