KorTerra™ Damage Prevention Application Automates Daily Tasks
Minneapolis, MN – January 9th,
2004 – KorTerra announced today, two new features within their
software that simplify the ticket management process; KorTerra Report
Scheduling and Auto Archive. Through these features, tasks are scheduled
to occur automatically.
KorTerra Report Scheduling allows the KorTerra user to automatically run
reports at the same time each day/week/month. This provides consistent
information for accurate day to day, week to week, month to month
comparing of activities. The KorTerra Report Scheduling functionality
not only automatically runs reports on the scheduled day at the
scheduled time, it also allows for different outputs. KorTerra reports
can be sent to a printer, fax, or to multiple email addresses, they can
also be saved on a PC in several different file formats. The scheduling
module steps you through when to run the report and where the scheduled
report should be sent to. This function is currently being offered for
the Daily Operations Report. Scheduling will be added to more KorTerra
reports in upcoming releases.
KorTerra Auto Archive functionality eliminates the need for manual archiving
and makes certain that archiving is being performed regularly. Regular
archiving ensures the system will run at optimal levels. The KorTerra
Auto Archive functionality archives automatically over night to keep
archiving up to date.
