KorTerra Announces Participation in Underground Focus Academy Event
Minneapolis, MN – February 25th, 2004 – KorTerra announced today their participation in an Underground Focus event next month in Los Angeles, CA. The event will offer hands-on demonstrations of different dig site equipment and locating technology while offering different opportunities for education through their conference sessions. KorTerra will be participating as an exhibitor and presenter in this unique event.

As an exhibitor, KorTerra will be offering software demonstrations and information in the traditional tradeshow environment. KorTerra will also be presenting in two one-hour Hot Topic sessions on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Wednesday presentation topic will discuss Return on Investment for Mobile Technology. It will describe the different areas locating operations can benefit from mobile technology from real-time ticket receiving to mobile mapping to positive response. In the second session on Thursday, KorTerra will be presenting several mini-case studies; a pipeline company, a contract locating company, a utility, and a smaller locating operation. The case studies will examine how each organization has implemented technology and the impact it has made on their operations and bottom line.
