KorTerra, Inc. created the Payroll Module for organizations to accurately and easily track the time worked and expenses employees. As with the other modules in the KorTerra Product Suite, KorTerra Payroll offers an easy to use, electronic method of tracking information.

How KorTerra Payroll works:

• Accurate and Detailed Time Entry - KorTerra Payroll is configured based on an organization’s different work tasks. Workers using the KorTerra system put their time against these different work tasks. Different tasks in the system allow for more accurate breakdown and analysis of how staff organizes their time each day.
• Mobile Payroll - When Mobile Payroll is used, mobile workers can enter their timesheets and expenses in real-time out in the field as they occur.
• Timely Payroll Information - Time being entered in real-time provides information that is more accurate than trying to remember and document work for the past day, the past week, or even longer.
• Mileage and Expense Entry - KorTerra Payroll allows for mileage and expenses to be entered and tracked as well.
• Secure - The KorTerra timesheet system is secure; all workers are protected by log-on based security that allows them access to only their own timesheets.
• Supervisor Approval - KorTerra Payroll requires a process for all timesheets and expenses to be approved by a supervisor for them to be completed in the system.
