KorTerra C/S Positive Response

KorTerra’s Positive Response functionality is an add-on module to the KorTerra suite of products. KorTerra Positive Response automatically sends locate status information to specified destinations without human intervention or tedious manual processes. This module partners with KorTerra Dispatch to fulfill company standard and state mandated and One Call Center required Positive Response automatically. KorTerra Positive Response has flexible set-up options and can be configured to automatically send Positive Response to multiple destinations.

  • Flexible Positive Response - KorTerra can provide Positive Response to many different destinations and combinations of destinations including:
    • One Call Centers
    • Excavators/contractors
    • Clients/utilities
  • Mulitple Communication Methods - KorTerra Positive Response delivers information via several different communication methods. KorTerra will work with each organization to set-up the communication method based on the need. The different communication methods currently used include:
    • Email
    • Faxback
    • Modem
    • FTP
    • Telnet
  • Highly Configurable - Via KorTerra’s easy to use user interface, positive response settings are completely flexible, allowing for immediate changes. This feature is extremely helpful in situations where codes have changed and when communication methods need to be updated.
  • Compatible With All One Call Centers - Due to the flexibility of KorTerra Positive Response, KorTerra has the ability to send positive response to all One Call Centers.
  • Positive Response to Multiple Locations - Offering multiple destination capabilities means KorTerra Positive Response can be configured to send positive response to the One Call Center and a contractor or utility. Because this happens automatically, in real-time, late fees are eliminated and office staff is not responsible for manually entering, calling or faxing in locate status.
  • Peace of Mind - KorTerra Positive Response allows users to track status of each response that has been sent. Most importantly they are able to view what was accepted and what has not been submitted. From this screen, they know if they need to resend responses to ensure that every ticket that requires positive response is submitted and accepted.
  • Real-Time Positive Response - KorTerra Positive Response combined with KorTerra Mobile automatically generates positive response in real-time. As mobile locators complete their locates, positive response is automatically generated and sent in real-time.
  • Save Money/Reduce Fines - KorTerra Positive Response helps operations save money.
    • With KorTerra Positive Response, locating operations will no longer incur penalty fees as a result of late Positive Response or lost tickets and missing Positive Response due to data entry errors or delays.
