KorTerra C/S Reporting

A key differentiator for KorTerra is their robust reporting capabilities. Each module within KorTerra provides a multitude of reports that supply information to make informed management decisions.

KorTerra® Dispatch contains over 30 pre-programmed reports. These reports allow the user to enter their specific selection/filter criteria to pull the precise information they need. The pre-programmed reports within KorTerra are categorized under the following headings:

  • Audit Reports - Never lose another ticket again with improved audit discrepancy capabilities. The wide range of standard KorTerra reports provides immediate visibility to discrepancies through the Audit Discrepancy, Destination Audit and One Call Audit reports. These reports compare tickets in the database with the tickets sent from the One Call Center to ensure all tickets are received.
  • Ticket Reports – Know the status of every ticket in your operation with KorTerra Ticket Reports. Ticket reports display completion information, positive response information, and ticket counts. They help ensure the work that needs to be done, is getting done. Ticket status is tracked through such reports as: Clear Ticket Report, Completion Report, Daily Operations Report, Locate Count Report, Open Ticket Report, Incomplete Ticket Report and more.
  • Locator Reports – Easily track the productivity and critical information of your locating staff through such reports as: Activity Summary, Activity Report, Mobile Status Report, Productivity Report, Queue Status Report and more.
  • Maintenance Reports - At a glance view all your settings for your KorTerra system. Maintenance Reporting is a quick way to visually display system set-up information and to validate that your system is set up correctly. Maintenance Reports include: Batch Report, Mobile/Zone Report, Operator Report and Region/District Report.

Features of KorTerra® Reporting include:

  • Export Reports - KorTerra Reports can be exported to a variety of formats which include: txt, html, pdf, and Microsoft Excel. Once exported, these reports can be emailed, printed or saved to a hard drive.
  • KorTerra Report Scheduling - Allows users to schedule a mission critical reports to automatically run. The scheduled report can be sent to a manager’s email inbox each morning to review the previous day’s activity. This ensures information is regularly reviewed and managed. KorTerra is planning on adding scheduling capabilities to other mission critical reports in future releases.
  • Ad hoc Reporting - KorTerra allows users to create their own special reports. Information can be pulled based on most of the information in the database. KorTerra also has an easy to use query tool. With this tool, the user has the ability to develop customized queries that can be used to develop reports.
