Core Applications
KorTerra Dispatch:  electronically receives locate tickets from any source, such as a One Call Center or Utility, and automatically assigns or clears those locate tickets.
KorTerra Herald:  an alert system that sends out notification of locate ticket emergencies or system issues that require human intervention.  The message can be sent via email, pager, cell phone or PDA and will always include a visual and audio cue, immediately prompting the recipient of its arrival.
Reporting:  over 30 pre-programmed reports can be run, along with an unlimited number of ad-hoc reports.  All reports pull from the centrally located database and can include real-time information for an instant view of current operations.

Add-On Modules
KorTerra Billing:  an electronic invoicing program created exclusively for contract locators to automatically generate timely and accurate billing of locates performed for their utility, municipal and pipeline clients.
KorTerra Claims Management:  tracks all details of a claim in one easy-to-use software system.  It can be utilized by contract locators to track claims sent to them, or by utilities, municipalities and pipeline companies to track damages that occur to their facilities.
KorTerra Payroll:  a workforce management application for contract locating companies to track the hours each locator works from their own mobile device.   KorTerra Payroll instantly stores real-time information, which gives you an immediate snapshot of current operations to monitor trends and improve workforce management.
KorTerra Internet Ticket Query:  a web-based application for contract locators to allow their internal and external customers internet access to view the status of any locate ticket they have received.  All information is stored in real-time, giving a completely accurate and up to date view of locating activities.
KorTerra Mobile:  utilizes mobile functionality to send real-time information from the office, to the field and back to the office again.  Locate tickets are instantly received by locators and their responses can be sent back and immediately processed through their mobile device.  KorTerra Mobile also provides managers a great way to monitor productivity with access to a real-time view of their dispatcher’s and locator’s work.
Automated Positive Response:  automatically sends Positive Response to the required One Call Center, excavator, or homeowner, keeping you compliant while avoiding fines for missed responses.  Responses are sent via email, fax or IVR technologies based on your preference.
Facility Mapping:  improves locate efficiency by reducing the number of locates required.  A company’s facilities are placed on an electronic map and can be viewed to show their location in relation to a dig site.
