Internet Ticket QueryKorTerra Internet Ticket Query a web-based application created to allow outside companies and excavators to check the status of a locate ticket.  KorTerra first creates a website that lists the status of any ticket the contract locating company has received and is in the process of completing.  The contract locator or facility owner then chooses to allow their internal and external customers access to the site.  The site gives their customers full view of the any locate ticket’s status within the locating process.  All information is stored in real-time, giving a completely accurate and up to date view of all locating activities.

The real-time locate ticket status provides an instant snapshot of the work being performed by locators.  Information is displayed on a secured web interface, with query tools and reports available on the site.  Locate ticket reports provide the complete history of each ticket in a printable report format.  Operation reports show how many locate tickets are outstanding, completed or late by member code.
