On site training can be provided for our clients who utilize either KorWeb or KorTerra Enterprise.  This training is in addition to the training you receive when KorTerra first sets up our software system for your company.  You might want to enhance your skill level in a certain application, or maybe you just want a refresher course to make sure you are taking full advantage of the many features our ticket management systems offer.  Our skilled professionals, who are highly experienced in both technology and damage prevention operations, will travel to your company to work directly with you and your team.  The in-depth training sessions are designed completely based on the topics of your choosing.  You also decide the length of the training program.  Whether you need a half day session or a few days of training, we are here to partner with you and make sure you receive the benefits of a fully optimized damage prevention operation.

2.  Online Training, Single Company:
If you and your company only need a few hours of training with a set of selected topics, online training is a great solution!  With online training, we host a live web demonstration of any applications, tools or other areas in the software that your team wants to increase their skill level in.  Easy to schedule and easy to attend, this quick training session can really help brush up your skill set and gain operational efficiencies, all from the comfort of your office.

3.  Online Training, Group:
Online group training, a new training program offered by KorTerra, is designed to answer multiple companies' questions all within one forum.  Any number of companies can sign up for these sessions because there is an unlimited amount of space in this online training format.  The training sessions vary from month to month, focusing on how to navigate the more advanced portions of KorWeb and KorTerra Enterprise, and how to utilize them for an increase in overall productivity and effectiveness.  The online group training meet time, date and topic are updated monthly as new topics are discussed.  We also encourage you to submit topics you would like to see covered in future group training sessions by entering your topic ideas into the training session form below.

4.  Process Consulting:
