Web Hosting
Take advantage of KorTerra’s Tier 1 data center to host your website. The data center is staffed and monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Nightly backups of all servers, dedicated security engineers and four physical layers of security ensure your data is safe at all times.
We offer both IIS and Apache based hosting on Linux and Windows systems. These platforms utilize both physical and virtual environments, and are built with the latest technologies available. Application Hosting
KorTerra offers application hosting in our data center. Both Linux and Windows systems are available, with full remote control access to the console. These platforms are powered with the latest in physical server and virtualized environment technologies. By leveraging VMWare and other virtualization technologies, we have the ability to scale your platform as demand grows.
An example of hosting KorTerra performs is One Call Center software. KorTerra has built a suite of software for One Call Centers, and at their request, we host the entire package in our data center. Individual systems included in this package are E-Ticket, Member Service Area Mapping and Positive Response. These systems are accessed by many different users, including One Call Center employees, member utilities and homeowners or excavators needing to submit a dig request. All of the systems are maintained by KorTerra, allowing the One Call Center to manage the many operations their organization performs, and not worry about the technical side of running their websites and applications.
KorWeb, our web-based One Call ticket management system, is also hosted in our Tier 1 data center. Thousands of our users access KorWeb daily, many of them dealing with life threatening emergency locate situations. Because of these potential emergency situations, we understand the importance of data center hosting, as KorWeb always has to be up and running. By using our own Tier 1 data center to host KorWeb, we know we are using a system that will never fail.
