KorTerra Continues Involvement in Common Ground Alliance

Minneapolis, MN – July 28th, 2011 – KorTerra’s commitment to the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) spans across multiple channels that the company actively participates in.  CGA hosts a national conference annually, steering committees quarterly and regional CGA events across the United States.  KorTerra stays connected to important industry issues by attending these events throughout the year.

Two CGA events coming up which KorTerra will be attending are the Common Ground Iowa Damage Prevention Summit and the New Mexico Regional Common Ground Alliance Expo and Conference.  Both of these events are hosted by regional CGA partner associations, and bring together damage prevention stakeholders in their region, as well as industry experts who provide presentations and conduct roundtables.  There are over 50 CGA regional partners throughout the U.S. which act as a local forum to discuss damage prevention initiatives and help promote safe digging through the adoption of CGA Best Practices.  Through the contribution of these partners, communication has been strengthened between national, regional, state and local levels of damage prevention initiatives.
