Minneapolis, MN - August 24th, 2004 — KorTerra, Inc. announces that it has been accepted into ESRI's Business Partner Program. KorTerra will be integrating ESRI mapping technology into their KorTerra ™ software product suite for the utility damage prevention and One Call industry.
The KorTerra™ product suite, designed by One Call industry professionals, is the industry’s most comprehensive utility workforce management and damage prevention software solution. The software efficiently manages locating ticket receipt and dispatch, on-time response, management reporting, positive response, and keeps track of locating operations performance in a real-time, mobile and paperless environment.
