KorTerra Announces Advances in Automated Positive Response
Minneapolis, MN – June 8th, 2004 – KorTerra announced today advances in their Positive Response capabilities. KorTerra has four years of experience offering Positive Response functionality to their customers. The KorTerra Positive Response module automatically sends a locator’s completion information in the form of a positive response notification when they have completed their locates. When combined with KorTerra Mobile, the positive response information can be sent in real-time.
KorTerra offers three different types of positive response that can be used in conjunction with each other or as a single method for positive response. Along with positive response to a One Call Center, KorTerra offers positive response capabilities to contract locating companies that need to send positive response information back to their utility customers. Lastly, KorTerra has a positive response option that can send a notification to an excavator when locating work has been completed.
Added to KorTerra’s Positive Response Module is Positive Response Management functionality. Positive Response Management is a tool KorTerra users can use to track the statuses of their positive response notifications. The tool can be used to re-send failed positive response notifications individually or in batches. It is also used to track successful positive response for any positive response type (i.e. email, fax, ftp, etc.).
