FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Speaking Engagements Secured at Damage Prevention™ Convention Shows for KorTerra, Inc.

Minneapolis, MN – September 26th, 2003 – KorTerra announced today their involvement in the upcoming Damage Prevention™ Convention shows. This year there will be two shows; one in Minneapolis and one in Tampa. Along with exhibiting, KorTerra has been selected to present at both shows.

KorTerra will be presenting a customer case study and performing software demonstrations that show how KorTerra has integrated real-time ticket receiving with electronic mapping. Their presentation title is “Real-Time Ticket Receiving, Mobile Mapping, and Positive Response”.  As a part of their presentation and software demonstration they will address the issues involved with positive response and discuss its future, specifically how the damage prevention industry will be impacted.

“KorTerra is a firm believer in education. In the damage prevention industry, it is imperative that knowledge is shared across organizations to improve safety and efficiency”, said Chris Stendal, President, “KorTerra is honored to be a participant in the Damage Prevention™ Conference, sharing how KorTerra utilizes technology to create efficiencies, and help to protect underground lines.”

For the last five years, the Damage Prevention™ Conference and Exposition has been the leading interactive forum to learn about and discuss current and emerging issues that impact the design, installation, pipeline rehabilitation/maintenance and protection of buried cables and pipelines. Facility owners, contractors, utility professionals and excavators turn out each year to learn the latest technological applications for preventing damage to our vital subsurface infrastructure.

About The Damage Prevention Convention
The DPC conference program helps to save millions of dollars annually, featuring experts sharing the latest technological applications and lessons learned. Participants meet face-to-face with leading manufacturers on the exhibit floor, seeing the latest technology, products and services available to help prevent various types of disasters. Beginning in 2003, two DPC events will be offered in different geographic locations. The 2003 DPC events will be held October 8-10 at the Minneapolis Convention Center and December 2-5 at the Tampa Convention Center.
