CHANHASSEN, MN (March 18, 2016) – KorTerra, an underground utility damage prevention software and One Call Center solutions company, attended the 11th Annual Common Ground Alliance 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo in Las Vegas, NV from March 8 – 10. The CGA brought together various utility damage prevention professionals for the largest educational and networking event of the year.
During this three day event, KorTerra showcased their web-based damage prevention software and unveiled their newest product, the KorWeb App. KorTerra also attended several workshops and sessions, and Vice President of Operations, Jeff Law, co-presented the Damage Investigation and Claims Resolution workshop.

Wednesday evening, KorTerra participated in a special networking event on the High Roller Observation Wheel on the Las Vegas Strip. This event consisted of a 30-minute ride on the High Roller, overlooking the city of Las Vegas, with industry professionals. The High Roller Observation Wheel is 550 feet tall with a 520 foot diameter making it the world’s tallest Ferris wheel.
The Common Ground Alliance 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo united industry professionals for a comprehensive three day event, providing an excellent opportunity to stay involved in important industry issues.

Conference attendees will be the first to view the new mobile app and will have the opportunity to try it out on KorTerra’s various mobile devices. KorTerra’s new Mobile App will be available to download throughout and following the conference.
KorTerra’s Vice President of Operations, Jeff Law will also be co-presenting the Damage Investigation and Claims Resolution workshop on Tuesday, March 8, 8:00am – 2:00pm. This workshop will focus on standard investigative procedures to follow after an underground facility incident.
The CGA 811 Excavation Safety Conference & Expo is the largest nationwide damage prevention event which draws underground utility stakeholders together to increase industry awareness through educational and networking events. It will consist of many sessions, workshops and exhibits dedicated to promoting the protection of buried infrastructure.
